The reason why we do it is to find the best talent out there.  Above all, I’m trying to find, for us, the best personalities and the right people, who actually have the drive to do what they are looking for, and to make everyone who is working with me, and our company, happy too. Remote working helps to solve all of that. The best people in the world aren’t within 25 miles of you. The best people are spread out everywhere.
